Belmont & Co Refund & Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your Belmont Collar, we want to make it right. Here’s how:

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. The collar must be unused and in original condition.

How to start a return

Email support@belmontandco.com with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Do I have to ship the collar back?

In most cases, no. Return shipping is expensive and usually not worth it. We’ll typically refund you and let you keep, donate, or pass on the collar.

Wrong size?

If the collar doesn’t fit, email us — we’ll either send you a free replacement in the right size or refund you, your choice.

Damaged or defective?

If your collar arrived broken or defective, send a photo with your email and we’ll replace it at no cost — no need to send the damaged one back.

Refund processing

Once we’ve approved your refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
