Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to love the Belmont Collar. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns. You may return your collar within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return. Email us at bschriver92@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll reply with instructions.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Non-returnable items. Used or worn collars, and items damaged through misuse, cannot be returned.

Changes & cancellations. To change or cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
