We ship every order with tracking. Here’s what to expect:

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days from the date you order. We’ll send you a tracking number by email as soon as your collar ships.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on every order — no minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International orders coming soon.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also check order status anytime in the link from your order confirmation email.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after 20 business days, email us at support@belmontandco.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
